Job Description

Work closely with Divisional and Regional offices to support in database implementation and process improvements in the Growth function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Activities)

  • Support the team to identify opportunities to leverage database technologies for process improvement across the growth function.
  • Assist to develop and document process flowcharts and architecture from database through data export/creation.
  • Responsible for creating material and content for training to new users, including but not limited to bite size training videos, data entry standards for open fields.
  • Support the data cleansing and preparation process for quick data upload to database system.
  • Develop Standard Reports and dashboards for sharing.
