Customer Service Assistant
This is an entry level position in support of marketing services where having good communication will be important. You should be able to speak well in English and work well with your colleagues as a team.
Our services are in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing particularly in the Technology or I.T segment.
Responsibilities
- You will be task to invite our clients to attend I.T seminars or events by phone and/or email in response to our marketing efforts.
- Make calls to business clients in support for Business-to-business leads objective.
- Other tasks include gathering and compiling from internal and external data sources for reporting.
- Marketing support to project manager
Location & Work Hours
- Singapore - Science Park 3 | Kent Ridge MRT
- Office hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
- Full and/or Part* time positions are available
Requirements
- Those waiting for A Level and O Level results are welcome to apply
- Minimum education – N Level
- Good communication skill in English
- Basic computer skill (e.g. Excel, Word)
