Job Description

What You'll Do

Build relationships with partners and source for strategic partnerships

  • Meeting up and building relationships with new potential partners from key sectors: Healthcare, Education, Community/Government
    • Setting up a strong pipeline and identifying partners
    • Developing mutually beneficial models, evaluating collaborators and negotiating partnership agreements
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with effective communications, networking, and long-term alliances leading to mutually beneficial outcomes

Manage, execute Strategic Partnership projects and commercialise projects

  • Meeting, managing expectations and building relationships with partners from key sectors: Healthcare, Education, Community/ Government
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage and implement strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Scoping of partnership and preparation of proposals based on partner needs
  • Creating accounts and operationalizing trials, pilots, partnerships
  • Working with internal teams including but not limited to marketing, product, tech, clinical, legal teams to operationalize projects
  • Crafting Data Reports & Analysis
  • Meeting with partners for reviews and engagement
  • On-site support for operationalization and engagement initiatives
  • Scoping, exploring and implementing sustainable models in the longer term

 

Who You Are

  • Education: Diploma Holder and/or university fresh graduate
  • Strong partnership, stakeholder and relationship building management abilities
  • Strong project management and implementation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills along with consultative and analytical strengths
  • Ability to work within a startup environment
  • Experience in dealing with healthcare, community, government and/or corporate businesses is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in partnership and project management roles is a plus
