Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success intern to join our team and drive successful mental wellbeing programs with our enterprise clients and partners.

The ideal candidate for this role has a mix of the following skills (but not mandatory): A background in psychology or organisational psychology, good design and writing skills, ability to conceptualise implementation plans and strategies, great at interacting with people.

This role is highly engaging and exposes you to different functions within a fast growing startup. Your main responsibility will be supporting in planning implementation strategies, driving marketing and comms for clients, and liaising with client stakeholders. 

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organised and motivated to ideate new ways to create better practices, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to drive our solution within a client's organisation.

What the role entails:

  • Supporting the relationship with assigned clients, which include managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Design training programs and marketing communication collaterals
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our solution
  • Maintain and develop client success strategies and best practices, as well as client support content, communication and creative material (with the help of the design team)
  • Communicate well with internal and external senior-level management to understand client needs, maximise retention, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing client success metrics and data as directed
