Contact Point for members visting the hotel during meal periods
Liaise with Hotel room reservations and F&B outlets - providing confirmation on room and dining bookings to members
Ensure immediate attention to members’ feedback or complaints. To reply to members accordingly for any written correspondence.
Liaise with eMarketing Manager on new promotions posted on website. To provide promo information to internal staff and members as and when required
Assist Loyalty Program Manager in program’s social events such as product launch or network party if any
