Institutional Catering Services – Guest Service Ambassador

Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily. We provide over 16 million meals a year to various commercial and governmental organisations such as the Ministry of Defence. Today, apart from offering retail management services, we are a major food caterer for the childcare and nursing home sectors.

Guest Service Ambassador (Part Time) Hourly Rate $15 - Army Camp

Working Location : P ulau Tekong (East) - Army Camp

Working day : 3 days within 5 working days

Working Time : 10 am - 8 pm (included 1hour break) 

Hourly Rate : $15

Duration : 3 months

Job Description ;

-60% Operations engagement with Commanders and CSM and 40% Administrative task

-Main connection between Commanders, Messing Officer, FNB Manager, VIP Guest and Recruits

-Build a good relationship with our target market, especially our Recruits.

-Gather the customers feedback for the improvement of the operations.

-Maintain the good result of the survey

-Perform other duties assigned by the Front of house.
