Today, apart from offering retail management services, we are a major food caterer for the childcare and nursing home sectors.
Job Description
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations systems and inpatient food services
- Provide effective support to the client on all operational matters
- In-charge of indent ordering and sales reporting
- Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses and accreditation; submit renewal applications
Qualifications
- General degree or equivalent from a recognised institution is required
- Additional qualification in healthcare services would be an advantage
- Some knowledge of health care operations and service processes is essential
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
