Job Description
The key personnel would be in charge in admin and logistic support for an upcoming event.
Scope of work involves:
- organising and planning on sequences of task to be done
- monitoring and coordinating and following up on tasks to be completed
- make calls and follow ups
- work with committee on sponsorships
- work with judges on evaluation
- exposure to event organisation skills with admin and logistic team
- basic secretarial and admin correspondence
- any other project related tasks that needs to be executed
