The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

- Work with HR policy owners, communications leads, and the digital/SharePoint team.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
- Learn how HR, governance, and digital teams work behind the scenes.
5. Support the Big Launch
- Test user flows, break things (in a good way), and help fix them.
- Ensure pages load right, links work, and content is accurate.
- Celebrate when the refreshed intranet goes live — because your work made it real.
