The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

1. Workforce Planning & Talent Insights Support research and analysis related to workforce trends, skills needs, and talent pipelines Assist in compiling people metrics and dashboards that inform HR decision‑making Contribute to environmental scans or benchmarking of HR best practices 

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Support talent attraction efforts, including outreach, screening and coordination Assist in developing employer branding content and materials Help improve the candidate experience through streamlined processes 

3. Talent & Leadership Development Assist in the coordination of learning programmes and leadership development initiatives Support the creation of learning materials, evaluation summaries and improvement recommendations Help strengthen developmental frameworks and capability‑building programs 

4. Employee Experience & People Engagement Support organisation‑wide engagement activities, communication updates and feedback exercises Assist in developing engagement insights that help refine employee experience strategies 

5. HR Projects & Transformation Initiatives Participate in HR improvement projects, digitalisation workstreams or process reviews Support documentation, SOP updates and change‑management materials Conduct research to support policy updates or HR transformation efforts
