Located at Buangkok Green Medical Park, the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify strategic data needs that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights that inform strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast HR trends and support proactive decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation of strategic HR dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in HR analytics to support the development of innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with strategic HR metrics and data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic HR initiatives
