Job Description

We are looking for someone who is keen on the Recruitment Function and Social Media support. Candidate may be offered full time position if performance is good.


  • Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube

  • Able to self pick up new skills required

  • Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition

  • Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision

  • Be able to feedback problem 

  • background in HR/insurance industry will be an advantage

  • Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Cheerful and Outgoing personality


You are expected to:

  • Assist in recruiting of insurance agents

  • Do resume screening, shortlisting, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates

  • Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance and general support on a wide range of recruitment activities

  • Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job

  • Organise networking events / webinar

  • Handle necessary paper works and coordination

  • Activity management and planning for training activities

  • Provide guidance for cmfas examination

  • Other ad-hoc duties
