InsightMatrix Asia Pacific Pte Ltd – Media Admin Intern

InsightMatrix Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is a media research consultancy that specialises in media tracking and media analysis services. We work closely with public relations (PR) clients to help them assess effectiveness of their communications efforts by providing them with in-depth analyses of their PR strategies.  

Key responsibilities:

- Media monitoring

1. involved in the development of daily reports in a timely manner
2. digitise and compile clippings, one of the key contact for client deliverables
3. data management and archival

- General office admin

1. handling administrative documents and correspondences
2. assisting and working closely with company director on office matters. This includes accounting and human resources matters.

- Ad-hoc projects assist in performing research pertaining to product development, new business and market study.

Requirements:

1. Early reporting hours at 7.30am
2. Must be computer literate and be a fast learner
3. Must be bilingual in English/Chinese
4. Able to commit to tight timeline and work under pressure
5. May be required to work overtime at times
6. Interest or knowledge in the media, communications or research industry is preferred
7. Singapore citizens or permanent resident
8. Minimum qualifications in Diploma or minimum one-year full-time working experience
