The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Marketing Assistant to support our business growth and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
- Support expense claims and administrative documentation
- Prepare supporting materials for grant applications and business initiatives
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases
- Organize project documents, contracts, and company records
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting summaries
Marketing & Growth
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content
- Support company website and marketing material updates
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Research potential customers and channel partners
- Support email campaigns and outreach activities
- Prepare customer success stories and case studies
- Assist with event and exhibition preparation
Strategic Projects
- Support fundraising preparation and investor materials
- Conduct research on AI industry trends and opportunities
- Assist in special projects assigned by the management team
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Preferred
- Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or digital marketing tools
- Interest in AI, startups, technology, venture capital, or entrepreneurship
