We help redesign business models, organisational cultures and brands experiences to stay relevant to the changing needs and aspirations of real people.
We do high quality, custom work for our clients, and never lost one in three years of business. Most of them are in the Innovation or Marketing teams in corporate headquarters, or GMs in local country business units.
Our main clients are global leaders with strong exposition across the world such AXA, Danone, AccorHotels, Sodexo or Ingenico.

We work in a coworking space, a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment in a busy district of Singapore.
This internship will be 70% of marketing and 30% of research and content for clients projects.
Typical missions include:
MARKETING
- Manage marketing campaigns (e-mailing, LinkedIn, medias).
- Create and distribute engaging written content on innovation in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Collect marketing data and analyse interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Report progress to senior management
CLIENT PROJECTS
- Help with the organisation of learning expeditions for our clients in hot startups ecosystems around Asia
- Identify startups, trends and key experts in the broad innovation field in selected countries for our clients
- Organise and run interviews to get qualitative data on the topics we research for our clients
- Create engaging written content for our clients on various innovation topics (newsletters, slides).
Required profile:
- Excellent written and speaking skills in English and French or Chinese
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Project management: ability to stick to deadlines, to report, to ask when needed
- Must be eligible for Working Holiday Visa.
