Our programmes includes water activities such as Kayaking, Dragonboat, Stand-Up Paddling and Rafting. We also conduct High and Low Rope Challenge courses through many camp sites in Singapore. Not forgetting land activities such as orienteering, outdoor cooking and trekking through the different parts of Singapore. And we trained our trainers to be the best facilotators in delivering knowledges and skills to our participants.

Job Description

What is the purpose of a 'Camp Instructor'?

Our purpose is for our participants to enjoy all the challenging activities and bring home a positive experience of the outdoor-adventure.

 

What is my role as a 'Camp Instructor'?

Our role is to deliver programmes that are safe, meaningful and satisfactory while maintaining their welfare as participants.

 

What is my job as a 'Camp Instructor'?

Our job is to conduct _'out-of-the-comfort-zone'_ and _'thinking-out-of-the-box'_ activities, and facilitate learning values through the processes.

 

What are the rules that I must adhere to as a 'Camp Instructor'?

1) To portray a professional outdoor leader image by behaving good mannerism between participants, clients and fellow colleagues.

2) To be present on every stages of the process: Preparation, execution and post-activities, which includes staying in for overnight programmes

3) To enjoy the job with a sense of belonging and ownership

 

What are the things I need to become a 'Camp Instructor'?

1) At least 18 years old

2) Registered with MOE IRS (we will guide you through)

3) Standard First Aid trained (we will provide the training)

4) Passionate, Open-Minded, Professionalism
