Job Description

Overall Job Function

Servicing and Campaign Coordination - assists with all aspects of a campaign, which lead to timely completion and delivery, following the company standards and the clients’ requirements. The Client Servicing Executive role is more focused on internal project management, and coordination. Once the Sales Account Management team receives the official order from the client, the Client Servicing Executive will be briefed with the campaign requirements and execute internal coordination accordingly. Organizational skill is a must.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Act as a primarily liaison person between Sales Account Managers and other internal stakeholders within the company to ensure that digital advertising campaign are implemented successfully.
  2. Assist Account Managers in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts.
  3. Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders within the company to ensure the digital advertising campaign meets its intended key objectives and deliverables.

  5. Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision making purposes.
  6. Responsible to liaise with Ad Operations department to generate performance report on the digital advertising campaign.
  7. Work closely with Creative department to develop the digital artwork, if required by client.
  8. To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.

Specification and Requirement (Eligibility)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Independent and good communication skill.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Poly & University Students are welcomed!
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin preferred
