Job Description

THE JOB :

  • Assist in the end to end recruitment process and onboarding
  • Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
  • Assist in preparation in Payroll
  • Assist in grant consolidate documents
  • Support and make recommendation to Hr processes and practices
  • Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global Hr Team and the leadership team

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Must be in HR Related course or equivalent
  • Strong in project management and communication skill
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme
