Established in 1996, Info-Tech Systems Integrators Pte Ltd (ITS) is a software company based in Singapore. In the past 22 years, ITS has developed integrated HR systems suitable for Singapore companies. Our integrated HR systems includes; Cloud Based Time Attendance Systems, Payroll & HR software, Leave, Pay Slip, Employee's Self-Service portal (e-attendance, e-pay slip, e-IR8A, e-personal, e-claims, e-memo) & Project Costing software, which is fully integrated with Biometric & Face Recognition Time Recorders.
Our current clientele consists over 3000 Singapore based companies from various industries like; Construction, Engineering, Marine, Manufacturing, F&B, Retail, Biomedical and Government bodies.
Joscope:
To support, troubleshoot and resolve end user's enquiry on our in-house HR softwares through phone, email or remote assistance via Team Viewer
Provide on-site and off-site technical issues on softwares
Conduct on-site and offsite software training to end users
To be involved in ad-hoc/new projects
Requirments:
Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualifications in IT/Software
With or without experience, but strong IT/Software skills (training on our in-house software will be provided)
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Patient, responsible and positive attitude with a cheerful personality
Interns must be able to commit for a minimum period of 6 continuous months.
Suitable Interns may be offered Full-Time permanent positions after the internship period.
Working hours:
9am - 6pm on Mondays to Fridays
9am - 1pm on the 1st Saturday of each month
Salary for Interns and Full-Time candidates will vary.
