Sales Coordinator Intern (Clientele Are Mainly Hotels in Singapore)


1. Role Description

Essence of the role

As a Sales Coordinator Intern you will be responsible to support the Sales Manager in handling our Corporate Hotel clients. This is a backend internal role where you will work closely with the Sales Manager to give her the best support to service our corporate hotel clients, our sales manager hold and manage many big hotel clients portfolio and your man scope is to provide her with admin and accounts support, you are required to work closely with the sales manager, where your contribution will come both in your admin skills and direct communication with our corporate hotel clients in promoting the company’s interest to our corporate hotel clients.

This position reports to the Sales Manager whom you’ll be servicing

2. Specific Responsibilities as our new Sales Coordinator Intern you will:

  • Support the Sales Managers in the administrative duties;
  • Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of sales managers to clients;
  • Assist in daily pick-up reports, deployment report, part-timer deployment, Weekly forecast and Monthly presentation reports.
  • Supervising all the input of revenue for all events in system, lost reports, tracing of activities etc.
  • D Notes & minutes taking during meetings and discussions, disseminating information to attendees and all other departments,
  • Account for all workers that are placed to hotels and ensure correct billing is disseminated to the hotels at the end of the month,
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

3. Requirement

To be successful in this role we will need someone who takes pride in being organized and reliable, who is self-managed and able to prioritize tasks and respecting strict deadlines with thoroughness. Furthermore, you can maintain and act on both long-term projects and short-term tasks. 

We believe the right candidate will have the following experiences and competencies: 

Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure. Good Computer skills, comfortable with drafting contracts, quotation, emails. Familiar with using Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, PDF editor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
