Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd – Internship: Data Automation Engineer

We provide semiconductor and system solutions, focusing on three central needs of our modern society: Energy Efficiency, Mobility and Security.
The Singapore plant, located at Kallang Way, is mainly doing backend semiconductor Final Testing and Mark-Scan-Pack.

In your new role, you will get to work as a Data Automation Engineer in the Product Test Engineering (PTE) Department, responsible to innovate on new method of data management in order to optimize the performance of the automated reporting system

• Be responsible for the Automation of Product Test Engineering
• Tableau Lot Rejection Rate (LRR) report - to extract from various sources and automate the data management for best performance.
• Cover the requirements of the various Korea and Europe Backend sites till the deployment stage.
• Use of Tableau for other KPI reporting.

Assist engineer in the projects

• Pattern Recognition Analysis Tool – System to detect hairline crack pattern in a wafer form, based on data from the Backend.
• Pass Fail Status List – System to keep track of a chip’s pass/fail status in all the relevant processes and a final verification at the last gate Mark-Scan-Pack.
• Date Enabling and Linking – identify the required data sources for data analytics and enable them to be extractable from a single query GUI.

Be responsible to maintain the department Product Test Engineering Portal
