Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow-up on customer service cases and managing the customer service team at each centre.
• Responsible for daily operations of each centre and readiness of lesson materials.
• Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems.
• Counsel parents of existing and prospective students who are considering taking up new subjects; assist with academic program selection.
• Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to prospective students.
• Work closely with other departments' stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans and objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned and ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in operations and customer service, preferably in the education field.
• Must work on both weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and positive-minded.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
