Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to customer's enquiries, handling feedback and complaints through email
- Escalate email cases when required
- Update the transaction into our CRM system
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Minimum A Levels or equivalent with B3 / B4 in English language
- Experience in email handling will be advantageous
- Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
- Positive, resourceful and a team player
- Working hours: 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1pm (Sat)
