IN3LABS is a developer, marketer, and distributor of innovative teaching and learning solutions for the educational market in Singapore. We are seeking individuals who is highly passionate and excited about teaching robotics and/or coding to the younger generation, as well as exploring the latest technology to create solutions for the EdTech sector and our company's internal processes.
Job Objective: To inspire, educate and equip young students with essential knowledge and skills in STEAM so as to give them a head-start in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct Robotics/Coding (IT) support and trainings to students aged 5-16 years old according to academy’s schedule;
- Assist the curriculum developer in developing new programs and teaching lessons;
- Evaluate and give feedbacks on program’s curriculum and lesson plans to the management for continuous improvements;
- Provide scheduled updates and records on the progress of students to key stakeholders;
- Ensure good classroom management during the delivery of programs;
- Ensure positive interactions with students’ parents through daily meetings or scheduled updates;
- Research and develop program’s curriculum and new training strategies to enhance training quality, when required;
- Carry out R&D, as well as implementation for the company on new technologies to enhance work progress and better training program;
- Carry out logistics planning and administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate Degree in either IT/Multimedia Tech/Digital & Interactive Media/ Visual Communication;
- Strong interests in educating the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and doers on Robotics/Coding;
- Sufficient knowledge in Robotics and/or Coding in C/C++, and/or Python and/or C#;
- Excellent communication skills, able and confident to convey and explain technical concepts to young students such that they can easily digest and remember;
- Patient and able to work with students of different abilities and backgrounds;
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and positively committed work attitude;
- Conscientious about following classroom rules and safety procedures;
- Some knowledge and experiences in Cloud technology/AI/VR/AR/web development and/or desktop & mobile apps is advantageous;
- A resourceful team player, as well as a self-starter and independent problem-solver with excellent time management skills;
- Motivated to improve work processes through use of technology
