The Role
We are looking for a Junior Accountant who loves numbers. In this position, you will be working closely with our sales team to generate contracts and invoices for our clients. You will also be handling the account receivable and payable of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Generating contracts and invoices for our clients
- Monitoring of incoming payment
- Sending payment reminders to our clients
- Preparing monthly P&L report for our management team
- Answer client inquiries via email, live-chat, messages and calls
- Updating company CRM system
- Basic administrative work
Requirements:
- STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
- Must be meticulous
- Have a strong passion in numbers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
- Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
