We are on the lookout for a highly effective HR Executive!

The HR Executive will be supporting the full spectrum of HR duties and is responsible for the company's recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes such as screening candidates for shortlisting and arranging interviews

• Craft and post job listings on job recruitment boards and websites to attract applicants

• Handle all onboarding and offboarding activities

• Handle inventory matters

• Update and manage employee records

• Assist with employees’ welfare

• Provide administration and HR support

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• A team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Able to multitask and enjoy challenges

• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality with a keen sense of ethics

• Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible

• Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
