Key responsibilities:

• Data entry and maintenance of key client database
• Interact and provide excellent hospitality to the customers
• Ensuring communication of management requirements to all levels
• Utilize system functions to perform data look-up and validation
• Assists with testing, enabling, and configuring system updates.
• Other administrative & ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Frequent interruptions with proven “attention to detail” skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
