Job Description


This position involves about 70% providing user communication and training users on new IT Applications and about 30% working with IT Tools and processes. This position is based in Singapore and its goal is to provide local and remote training to 500 users in Asia. The Candidate must have good command in speaking English and Mandarin and also a strong interest in training business end users.

Systems Administration-This is a junior level role. The Candidate will be responsible for all aspects with regards to training and basic administration support in rolling out the new web/cloud based applications.

Projects-The Candidate will be responsible for training and preparing user guides and basic administration of RunMyProcess applications and other IT Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide training, support, guidance and assistance to trainees (Local and Overseas) with the implementation of the new IT applications systems.

-Preparation of training guides for the new IT applications systems.

-Maintain good and regular communication with the business end users in Asia.

-Field incoming service requests in a courteous manner from all levels of end users in all communication channels.

-Involved actively in the migration of Lotus Notes applications to Google drive. Training will be provided for managing the new IT tool.

-Act as a Coordinator between business end users and the IT team to resolve technical issues.

-Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help address user requests.

Profile of Candidate:

Bilingual (English and Mandarin)

Self-starter, proactive.

Able to conduct training for non-IT users

IT Savvy and someone who enjoys learning new things

Good with training and communication skills.

Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and Systems.

Understands processes easily and able to create simple flowcharts.

High self-motivation and pays attention to details.

Matured and ability to work independently.

Good interpersonal skill, especially listening and questioning.

Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.

Service oriented.
