Conference Producer

You will be working directly with the Head of the Production team on one of our most important launches in the biologics portfolio.  This is a unique experience to work directly with one of the most talented individuals in our business and a thought leader in the biologics conference industry.


  • Conducting primary and secondary market research on a given industry to come up with conference content, identify and confirm high-level speakers.
  • Engaging in intellectual conversations with business people and senior executives on the phone
  • Writing, editing and producing world-class content
  • Researching and writing commercially attractive conference programs as well as all related promotional materials such as flyers, EDMs, brochures, and websites.
  • Sourcing and recruiting c-level or senior level speakers for B2B conferences
  • Liaising with speakers, sponsors and other stakeholders involved in the conference
  • Project managing event execution together with the events team and other departments
  • Briefing & supporting sponsorship and delegate sales teams

You are:

  • Good Degree holder (Life Sciences/Biomed Engineering preferred)
  • Loving to speak to senior level decision makers (VPs, CEOs, Directors) and thought leaders over the phone and face to face
  • Able to travel overseas to host conferences
  • Resourceful, eloquent, strong hunger for new information and knowledge
  • Able to manage the deadlines, cost, and quality of your projects
  • Persuasive and a strong negotiator skills with a positive attitude, cheerful and confident
  • Resilient and determined in the face of obstacles
  • Relevant working experience (conference production, content writing, journalism, and communication) of 2 years is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language is a must
  • Fresh graduates with a Life Sciences degree are encouraged to apply
  • Local Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred. EP/Dependent pass holders/ LTVP holders may also apply.

Annual Estimated Target Earnings: 30-40K Basic + 20-30K profit share



Business Development Manager

You will be part of the business development team for the life sciences division, you will be dealing with the future of medicine. Finding new opportunities and prospects to grow the division. Help clients find solutions to invigorate their marketing campaigns and business expansions. Build relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones. You will travel to events held around the world.


  • Working closely with the clients to deliver solutions that solve their business challenges and cultivating strong relationships with clients’ senior executives through both in-person meetings and meetings over the phone.
  • Identifying the target market and prospective companies and investigating their business needs in order to engage them to be part of our conferences
  • Conducting market and leading research within an assigned market to affirm the commercial viability of projects
  • Engaging CEOs, Vice Presidents and all other senior level decision-makers over the phone, written correspondence or face-to-face, to understand their business objectives and match them with the benefits of attending your conference
  • Developing a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and producing sales reports for periodic meetings
  • Traveling for on-site management
  • Being an integral part of the project team creating the most impactful business festival of the year
  • Providing impeccable customer service before and after the event
  • Being a passionate advocate for the event and brand
  • Attending events to network with clients and generate new business opportunities

You are:

  • A Good Degree/Diploma holder
  • Hungry for a good commission from your own efforts
  • B2B sales or marketing experience would be an advantage
  • Able to travel overseas (as and when required)
  • Having excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, cheerful and confident personality
  • Curious, rather than upset, in the face of rejection
  • Hard working, articulate and highly motivated team player
  • Possessing business acumen and have a commercial mind
