Full Time Retail Store Assistant Manager (Lingerie Brand)
The position will work in close collaboration with the retail team at all retail outlets in Singapore (Orchard Gateway, Funan Mall and Tampines 1).
Our retail team is the face of the brand, and you will be part of assisting and guiding the team in creating the best lingerie shopping experience for our customers. At I'M IN, we want to inspire women that are beautiful in any shape or size and make them feel beautiful inside out.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and guide the retail team in delivering excellent customer service
- Be familiar with the fit, recommendations and measurements of our lingerie
- Coordinate store promotions, merchandise displays and marketing strategies
- Plan, set up & manage seasonal events
- Inventory management in the retail outlets
- Manage and keep the retail team motivated
- Manpower planning with HR
- Perform interviewing of retail candidates and training of new trainees
- Work with HQ to address the feedback given by the retail team and customers
- Monitor sales target and provide monthly sales performance reports
Duration of Traineeship - 6 months
Monthly Training Allowance
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,200 per month
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A punctual and reliable person who can work independently and in a team
- A good team player and displays excellent leadership qualities
- Customer management skills (approach our customers at ease and create a conversation)
- Sales motivated to meet sales target
- Attention to details
- Excellent time management skill
