Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Work closely with the Operations team to identify staffing needs
- Determining selection criteria (compile a consistent list of requirements)
- Developing job descriptions and specifications for operations with the hiring managers
- Complete the job requisition form for additional staff strength or a new position
- Manage the life cycle of recruitment processes for operations positions, not limited to:
- job advertisement on various portals, social media platforms, and institutions
- sourcing for various avenues to attract talents
- filtering/screening resumes
- scheduling/planning interviews (joint interview with hiring manager),
- shortlisting potential candidates,
- sending a job offer to successful candidates, and
- scheduling start date and conducting orientation for new employees, and
- replying to unsuccessful candidates on their interview outcome
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility for the positions
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by outlets
- Build good relations with all stakeholders
2. General Human Resources
- Work within TAFEP and MOM guidelines
- Support general HR administrative work, such as but not limited to maintaining p-files, leave applications, TMS (Time Management System) applying for work passes
- Support culture and talent initiatives
- Assist in HR projects and other HR tasks as required
3. Health and Safety
- Be aware of and actively maintain a safe work environment for everyone
Experience
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Proven working experience in recruiting (e.g talent acquisition)
- F&B operations or industry experience preferred
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- For Singaporean only
Working Hours/Days
- 5 days work week (Mon -Fri)
- 9 am to 6 pm
- 12 Mohamad Sultan Road (near Fort Canning Station)
