Permanent Part-time Chef / Cook
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Mise en Place and kitchen preparation for service
- Assist to ensure that equipment and appliances are cleaned and ready for use during service.
- Ensure that ingredient and handled and stored with strict adherence to Food Safety and Hygiene standards
- Execute dishes on the menu for service to our customers while ensuring that quality and consistency is maintained.
Requirements:
- Has some professional kitchen experience.
- A positive and approachable attitude
- A mindset of someone being willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Physically able to stand and move around for during operational hours
- Able to work on weekends or/& PH (on a rotational basis)
Locations (Japanese Cuisine):
1. Millenia Walk, 9 Raffles Boulevard,
2. Forum the Shopping Mall, Orchard Road, and
3. The Star Vista, Buona Vista (opening in May)
Flexi Work Scheme:
- 3 weekdays + 1 weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
- 10.30am to 10.00pm (Break time from 3pm to 4pm/5pm)
- $12/- per hour
