iideas Pte Ltd was in incorporated in 2016, to reposition itself, to cover the complete range of event services and facilities, to meet the fast-changing landscape of the event industry.

Formerly registered as Inspiration Ideas Pte Ltd, the company’s modest inception as Inspiration Events, was in the year 1998, when financial crisis hits most of South East Asia. Being prudent and diligent during the initial years, Inspiration Events was a key partner to provide a wide host of event logistic support to long term event & entertainment industry partners. These include provision of professional audio and video equipment, technical expertise, management & consultancy services, and a wide range of other logistic equipment and services.

Over the years, Inspiration Events had consistently stayed true to its promise to deliver high quality projects and entertainment, to surpass the highest of expectations. The winning formula and mantra is pretty simple - Harness the latest technology, professionally manage by a strong team of reliable managers, and executed by passionate show engineers.

As the company evolved, strong consumer confidence and testimonial referrals grew which paved way to Inspiration Ideas Pte Ltd.

Presently, iideas Pte Ltd has metamorphosized from her humble beginnings, into a fully integrated 360 events management company. Our workforce is our family. Together, we proudly provide the complete range of event management and support service. From integral event services (event consultancy, theme conceptualization, content creation, 2D & 3D design support, prop fabrication, printing services, media production, audio video logistics), to complete conference management and solutions including RSVP & travel administration (transportation, flights and accommodation). From exciting competition and dramatic show content creation, to provision of auxiliary event facilitations, including warehousing and provision of local and International entertainment (models, talents, mascots, performers, emcees), iideas welcomes all enquiries that requires a touch of fresh ideas.

Job Description

Lead Generation & Management

  • Source and develop new leads through cold calls
  • Research client lists and identify key contacts
  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of clients
  • Be creative in nurturing a sales process to actively convert leads
  • Support and develop the growth strategy for the team and manage day-to-day sales operations 
  • Assisting with planning and execution for all events
  • Provide on-site client support for events
  • Sourcing and coordinate vendors/suppliers for event inventory and equipment.
  • Handle other sales-related administrative duties
  • Data updating and tracking
