Job Description

Joining us as a Product Intern to contribute to product development activities and projects that are aligned with the goals and vision of the company. The Product Intern will report directly to the Head of Product and be responsible for the development and management of hardware and/or software products. This multidisciplinary role will work across other functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product manager and products lead in product development activities
  • Own conceptualisation and development of new and current hardware or/and software products
  • Analyse competitive market data and user feedback
  • Define features and Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on long-term product vision, user needs, technical and market trends. 
  • Strategically evolve, grow, and improve existing product offerings to constantly deliver a better user experience. 
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and other departments to identify and minimise risks to the product development plan

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent knowledge is preferred
  • Able to understand both hardware and software development processes, systematic approach in solving problems
  • Able to commit full time for at least 3 months

  • Pick up Project management skills and methodologies 
  • Stakeholder management and aligning of directions and decisions via effective communication 
  • Define Product Requirements based on internal and external factors to meet company vision and product strategy
