Job Description

Joining us as a Marketing Intern, you will embark on a journey to learn useful Marketing skillsets and get exposed to the Marketing functions of a company from a Headquarter perspective, which includes Marketing communications, PR, Branding, field support, digital marketing, partner marketing, eCommerce and website development.

For this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director, Marketing, and work closely with the entire Marketing Team and other cross functions as well. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing Marketing campaigns
  • Assist in organising marketing materials in shared drive
  • Assist in documenting PR information
  • Assist in maintaining NPD timelines
  • Responsible for creative content writing for marketing and promotional materials
  • Proficiency with computers, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development
  • Assist in administrative support and general office support to the team including invoicing

Requirements:

  • Commit full-time for at least 3 months
  • Preferred candidates with basic degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Possess relevant IT skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Social Media channels)
  • Preferred with Photo and Video editing knowledge
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting of deadlines
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Team player with positive attitude
