idstats Research and Consultancy is now looking for a Project Management Associate (Part Time). Entry level and experienced are welcomed to apply!
This is a permanent part-time role with a 6 months’ probation period. You will be required to start as early as 1 February 2018 onwards.
Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum Diploma holder with preferably some operations experience
Skills Required:
- Local or PR with fluency in English and native language an advantage
- Independent worker

- Solutions oriented
- Have an eye for detail and be good with numbers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with various business stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of project operations
- Overseeing field team training
- Overseeing fieldwork
- Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders and resolves any issues associated with the consulting and/or project delivery activity
- Manage vendors, negotiations with suppliers and managing the procurement process
- Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity
- Attending client meetings where applicable
Work Commitment:
- 30 to 50 hours per month
- Flexible working schedule and arrangements
- Hourly rate at $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience
