Job Description

Aims/Objectives

  • Be part of HR team to support in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Documentation of HR Processes
  • Support day-to-day HR Operations

Phase(s) or major tasks which interns will be involved

Support HR operations: 

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR & Office Services assigned by HR Manager from time to time

Employee engagement initiatives:

  • Conceptualize engagement collaterals and communication materials
  • Plan, organize and/or support organization-wide activities/events to drive employee engagement and promote retention (e.g. Townhall, team-bonding workshops). 
  • Keep abreast of latest trends and communicate ideas to key decision makers
  • Organize and lead employee recreational activities
  • Prepares newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
  • Plan, organize and coordinate in Employee Engagement Survey, with regular pulse checks

Job requirements overview

  • Some knowledge and understanding of HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
  • Strong office organization and administration skill
  • Good communication skills and team player
