Role Description

• Full-time on-site role based in Singapore
• Lead/co-lead a team of technicians/general workers to upkeep quality service standards
• Plan job scheduling to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients on job execution
• Conduct assessments, address, follow through and resolve technical-related issues
• Keeping abreast and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Ensure proper documentation for record keeping
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently
• Troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessments and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant engineering tools
• Motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required
• Experience in engineering practices is preferred
