Iconz Pte Ltd – Indoor Sales Executive

Iconz Pte Ltd was founded in year 2013 in Singapore. We are a team of digital marketing specialists who pride ourselves in delivering great results and service in the fields of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Adwords PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Direct Marketing, Web Design & Development, Web hosting and Customer Relationship Management with our vast experience and creative juices.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce our services using provided scripts.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and answer any questions they may have.
• Refer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
• Accurately record call details and maintain sales notes in our system.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication: Clear and pleasant verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Organizational Skills: Good time management and attention to detail.
• Education: Minimum qualification - Diploma or higher.

Job Type

• Full-Time preferred
• Part-Time available (minimum 3 full working days per week)

Pay: $650 - $2500 per month
