- Job Description
1. Manage, resolve, and understand customer concerns to provide better experience through effective time and task management skills to multi-task, organize, follow-up, and prioritize.
2. Work to accurately identify new and existing problems, while taking charge to find the solution and/or work with other team members to identity and resolve them.
3. Improve existing work and customer data processes and work towards optimising for improvements.
