Job Description

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Prepare letter of appointment for successful candidates who are offered employment.
  • Prepare necessary documents for orientation
  • Issue of employee ID / fingerprint no to new employee
  • Full work of work pass via MOM website
  • Preparation of COE/ad-hoc letters/ confirmation letters/ as and when required after verifying the requests.
  • Weekly on Tuesday, to support with the preparation of the documents to be brought down to the Operations meeting.  Ensure proper acknowledgment is done.
  • Ensuring a neat and proper filing system for each tasks to support audit purposes and referencing as it may deemed necessary.
  • Keying into paymaster for all new employee (Full time/ Part time)
  • Database housekeeping on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Support with the MBS clearance exercise where needed.
  • Trip Advisor issuance of the gift vouchers (Staff of the Quarter, new born baby, marriage and etc.)
  • Support in staff welfare activities.
  • Full works of the eleave system.
  • Submission of claims (NS claims, SDF and etc.).
  • Creating of the roster hours and codes via E-Citrix system whenever necessary.
  • Full works pertaining to a resignation case.
  • Liaising and coordinate with payroll vendor
  • Any other tasks assigned.
