IAMinVISIBLE is an impact-driven media agency specialising in storytelling campaigns. We produced the Do You See Me? showcase in 2022 and 2023, gaining regional media attention, and have partnered with established brands to deliver advocacy campaigns focused on mental health and vulnerable communities, including seniors and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
We are looking for a Partnership Development Intern to support the growth of meaningful collaborations and help scale our social impact.
This is an initiative supported by National Youth Council (NYC) internship program.
Only applicable for Singaporean and PR 17-25 years old.

Are you someone who enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful collaborations?If you are passionate about purpose-driven work and want hands-on experience in partnership building across social impact, arts, and advocacy spaces, this role is for you.
In this entry-level, collaborative role, you will support the identification, development, and management of partnerships with organisations, brands, community groups, and institutions. You will work closely with the core team to strengthen existing relationships and co-create partnerships that drive impact through storytelling and advocacy.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Partnership Research & Outreach
Research and identify potential partners aligned with IAMinVISIBLE’s mission and values.
Support outreach efforts, including drafting introduction emails and partnership proposals.
2. Relationship Management
Assist in coordinating communications with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Support follow-ups, meeting coordination, and documentation of partnership discussions.
3. Partnership Development Support
Assist in developing partnership decks, proposals, and pitch materials.
Help map partnership objectives, deliverables, and mutual value creation.
4. Project & Campaign Coordination
Support coordination of partnered campaigns, events, and activations.
Assist in tracking partnership timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
5. Strategic Planning & Brainstorming
Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new partnership models and collaborations.
Contribute ideas to strengthen long-term partnerships and impact strategies.
Learning Objectives & Outcomes
Gain exposure to partnership development within an impact-driven media agency.
Learn how to identify, approach, and engage partners across social impact, arts, and advocacy sectors.
Develop skills in partnership pitching, proposal writing, and relationship management.
Understand how partnerships are structured, managed, and activated for campaigns and projects.
Experience stakeholder engagement across diverse causes such as mental health, PWDs, seniors, arts, and heritage.
Build confidence in professional communication and collaborative project coordination.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in social impact, advocacy, storytelling, or community-based work.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Experience in proposal writing, research, or partnership work is a plus, but not required.
