Our company has developed a mobile application for users in Singapore & Malaysia which is a platform that creates the opportunity to improve the community's living quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analysing operational data to identify key areas of improvement for our platform

• Building reporting solutions that informs and enables the team to make effective decisions

• Maintain and enhance the use of existing reports and dashboards to help optimize operations

• Conduct customer-centric data analyses to understand customer behaviour and provide insights to more efficiently target or improve customer experience

• Building and testing business cases to optimise users engagement and/or retention

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• Experience working with analytics tools/ software

• Self-starter and self-motivator with a positive ‘can do’ & ‘hands on’ attitude

• Quick and able learner

• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)

• Students who can commit part-time, minimally 3 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
