The intern will assist in supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) on day to day supply chain and logistics operations (e.g. procurement, order management, shipping and inventory management).
- Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
1) Shipping Documentation
To co-ordinate with factories located in China and Japan for arrangement of direct shipments to National Sales Companies in Asean region.
2) Orders Processing
To process Purchase Orders and Sale Orders in SAP HANA system
3) Verification of Logistics & Shipping Bills
To check and verify the invoices from 3PL and courier companies
4) Analysis
To analyse current logistics cost structure and work-process flows and recommend cost-saving measures and improve operation efficiency
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to converse in Mandarin (in order to liase with factory and supplier located in China)
- Able to commit at least 5 ~ 6 months
