Responsibilities And Duties

• Reporting to Business Development Manager 
• Savvy with social/digital media platforms
• Research on various apps to enhance the websites' navigation and customer experience
• Assist in content writing for marketing collaterals, social media platforms, e-commerce site and more
• Maintaining in-house eCommerce platforms and websites, including: E-Commerce marketing planning
• Enhance and customize the e-Commerce website based on company’s directive, use case and requirement
• Provide support to managers on company’s e-Commerce roadmap and strategy
• Respond to e-commerce customer service issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Processing of ecommerce orders
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• Any Diploma and above qualification
• Familiar with the e-commerce landscape in Singapore
• Multi channel ecommerce experience
• Keen interest in eCommerce, social media and online stuff
• Strong desire to learn digital technology and comfortable to do online-based training.
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritize an ever-changing workload.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills, good written language
