- Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop good after-sales care program / reward program
- Develop new leads, contacts and clients through advertising / communication campaigns / exhibition and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate marketing ideas
- Develop and implement CSR activities
- Develop customer retention marketing strategies
- Organising educational talk, demonstrating / presenting products and services to commercial and residential audience
- Increasing brand awareness through content marketing, write copy for diverse marketing distributions on brochures, website, etc
- Produce video short clips of products
- Create FB posts and make FB page name present in all possible channels
- Develop, manage and reports e-commerce sales
- Real time customer support
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Show room duty & assist in meeting minutes or other administrative work tasks
Requirements:
- Required Skill(s): good in digital & content marketing, good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, creativity, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills
- Preferably have passion for cars
