Job Overview

The HR Operations Consultant’s responsibilities involve a wide range of support activities to meet the Client requirements. He will be joining our team ensuring smooth communication and prompt administrative support for client’s HR needs. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect client information and data to understand the HR processes for Outsourced functions 
• Deliver Outsourced HR Operations function based on agreed Client’s Service Level Agreements
• Compile, document and maintain reports related to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance management etc) 
• Coordinate Training sessions and register participants for trainings at all levels 
• Coordinate Performance Appraisal Cycle including Calibration and compilation for Annual Increment and Bonus Exercise
• Assist in Client’s recruitment and Hiring process and update the database
• Administer and implement HR policies and procedures

 Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma Or equivalent in Human Resources or related experience
• Well versed with Singapore Employment practices, labour laws and government regulations
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
