Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a HR Assistant, Operations and Employee Experience (Intern) to join the Human Resource team to support on onboarding program, analytics and reporting for HR operations. An organized and meticulous initiator who can work independently and as a team, committed and excited to contribute to the HR department. The successful applicant will join and contribute to a fast-paced team with ample learning opportunities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of employee onboarding and provide excellent new hire orientation experience
  • Provide on-going updates and coordination with stakeholders for onboarding of new hires
  • Prepare and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR analytics reports
  • Play a pro-active role in analyzing HR data, support to assist with queries from stakeholders including liaison with finance, management, regulators, auditors etc
  • Prepare HR announcement materials and engage communication message with employees
  • Support in coordination of recruitment activities, employee data, onboarding process and buddy program to add value to the employee experience
  • HR Projects: Corporate Social Responsibility, University recruitment, Diversity programs; etc

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in HR or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Proven ability with Microsoft office suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and understanding of the Singapore Employment Act in Singapore would be a plus
