Huggs Coffee Pte Ltd – Sales Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup and installation with precision and efficiency.

• Conduct site visits to assess and determine required M&E provisions accurately.

• Provide on and off-site servicing, repair, and maintenance.

• Assist in periodic preventive maintenance and conduct audits on machine calibration.

• Document all job activities and submit relevant reports and documentation.

• Assist in brainstorming and proposing efficient procurement and documentation SOPs.

• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new machines and modifications.

• Procure equipment, goods, supplies, and parts when needed.

• Coordinate storage and warehouse requirements inter-department

• Work closely with Account Managers and equipment suppliers to ensure smooth operation.

• Facilitate communication with appropriate vendors to coordinate repairs in the event of equipment breakdown at the outlet.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous. 

• 1-year experience in technical work and/or knowledge in repairing and servicing equipment

• Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems

• Working experience in the coffee industry preferred

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player, self-motivated and solution-oriented to troubleshoot and repair onsite
