What kind of tasks will you have?
- Conducting research in various platform to identify job opportunities (Company’s career page)
- Searching for potential candidates in internal (IES) and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn)
- Screening CV-s based on the role profile
- Update the in-house database
- Do cold call to get names of candidates and map up the department structure
- Drafting job adverts for approval and posting them in different platforms
- Help in administrative work like preparing candidate profile and presentation to client
We have been searching for you, if you
- Are on a semester break now or looking for a temporary job and you can commit to more than 3 months in this job
- Are self-confident and good in English communication
- Are interested in research and data mining work
- Enjoy reading CVs and identify the fit of candidates to what the client is looking for
- Are resourceful and fast in getting information
- Can communicate easily and you are not afraid to pick up the phone to do cold call to get names
